Professional Development Meetings Professional Development Meetings (PDMs) are presentations by and discussions with distinguished local professionals which allow you to expand your understanding of operational principles, business improvement theory and best practices in supply chain and operations management. PDMs are also a great opportunity to meet and network with other local business professionals. Changes to 2017 PDMs From January 2017, PDMs will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month rather than the 3rd Wednesday. ALL APICS Members will receive a coupon code to attend one PDM of their choice for FREE per membership year. The coupon is a one-time use code and will be e-mailed to you based on the month you signed up or renewed your APICS membership. All APICS members who attend any of the educational classes we offer (Back 2 Basics, CPIM, CSCP) will receive a coupon code to attend an additional PDM for FREE . The cost structure has increased by $1 to $28 for members and $38 for non-members . The late fee has decreased from $3 to $2 for meeting registrants signing up past the cut-off date (usually two days before the meeting). The registration price includes dinner and dessert which will be served during the networking session, before the speaker takes the stage.
